ROLE OVERVIEW

Our retail team members are dedicated to crafting the ultimate experience for fans. Our primary goal is to ensure that every visitor enjoys a legendary experience upon entering our retail space. We aim to create an environment that stands out among sporting events worldwide, exceeding expectations in customer service, merchandise presentation, and meticulous attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist guests in enhancing their overall experience while maximizing sales within retail kiosks.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding merchandise and interactive displays.
  • Conduct swift and friendly retail transactions with customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail fixtures and equipment.
  • Stock, arrange, and sell merchandise while adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Support daily inventory management, including cycle counts and physical inventory as required.
  • Oversee the accurate capture of sales records for merchandise sold.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are necessary:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated to remain productive during slower periods.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of products and a commitment to quality.
WORKING CONDITIONS

The physical demands of this role require regular sitting, talking, and hearing; using hands for tasks; and frequently reaching with arms. Employees must be able to stand, walk, and bend as necessary. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
