Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of multiple assigned projects, including scheduling, maintaining merchandising standards, controlling expenses, and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Supervise direct reports, which includes interviewing, hiring, implementing corrective actions, and fostering performance development.
  • Conduct regular evaluations with team members and drive their professional growth to address performance gaps.
  • Ensure that specialists utilize approved tools safely and comply with all safety regulations.
  • Maintain organized, professional, and secure work environments.
  • Build and sustain essential partnerships to support the achievement of business objectives.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience in consumer electronics or retail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the year.
  • Eligibility to hold a corporate travel card in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in business, military, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in merchandising, media, or functionality.
