Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Lovebird Home Care. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices
  • Take minutes of meetings and dictations
  • Assist with office management and organization procedures
  • Monitor office supplies and report shortages
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a clerical position
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fast typing skills and ability to multitask
