Job Title: Intake Coordinator

LoveBird Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Intake Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient intake process.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients to the company and ensure a positive first impression
  • Complete all admissions paperwork and enter information digitally
  • Verify medical insurance coverage and benefits for each patient
  • Schedule appointments for consultations, tests, and procedures
  • Answer phone and email inquiries
  • Address patient complaints or concerns
  • Perform clerical work, such as filing, copying, or faxing
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts
  • Comply with facility regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Past experience in patient intake or medical office administration
  • Strong affinity for customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Proficient computer literacy
