Job Summary

Pathways To Housing DC Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in recruitment, benefits management, onboarding, records management, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records using ADP software, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the recruitment process by writing/updating/posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with compliance and policy updates.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating staff training sessions and workforce development programs.
  • Ensure company HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant HR experience, specifically with ADP, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ADP software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Hybrid work schedule with minimum 3 days in the office per week.
