Job Overview

Ziply Fiber is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales in multi-family units within your assigned region. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase awareness and penetration in multi-family properties
  • Host community events to promote Ziply Fiber services and build relationships with property staff
  • Conduct regular property visits to document key learnings and identify opportunities for growth
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance expectations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Perform financial responsibilities, including expense tracking and reimbursement
Requirements
  • 6+ months of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a calm and professional manner
  • Enthusiasm, persuasion, and persistence in the selling process
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
