About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for hiring and developing top talent, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store operations to achieve sales and payroll goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with district managers and peers to share best practices and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing staff to exceed sales goals, while meeting payroll targets.
  • Ability to identify top talent, create teams, and train/develop/retain great people.
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • 4+ years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $75,000 - $105,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous discount on all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands, a 401(k) plan, paid vacations and holidays, and health benefits.
