Job Title: Sales and Service Manager

At 24 Hour Fitness, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales and service team to deliver an exceptional member experience, drive sales revenue, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales and service team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales revenue growth through effective sales strategies, promotions, and member engagement initiatives.
  • Member Experience: Ensure a best-in-class member experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries and concerns, and promoting our products and services.
  • Operations and Administration: Manage club operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facilities maintenance, to ensure a safe and clean environment for members.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a sales and service environment, with a track record of achieving sales revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve member inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, team members, and management.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
