Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Ensure that our properties uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to Housing Authority policies, federal guidelines, and state laws.
- Resident Engagement: Support and guide residents regarding occupancy standards, lease agreements, and maintenance procedures, facilitating their success in housing programs.
- Leasing and Move-In Coordination: Showcase properties to potential tenants, assist with lease signing, and ensure a seamless transition for new residents.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct quality inspections of housing units, perform minor maintenance tasks, and educate residents on the process for submitting maintenance requests.
- Tenant Relations: Proactively address tenant concerns and resolve issues, including emergencies, with empathy and professionalism, even outside of standard hours.
- Record Keeping & Communication: Maintain precise records, manage rent collection, and document all lease-related activities promptly. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and team members to cultivate a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
