About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Executive to join our team in New Bedford/Bridgewater/Foxborough, MA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local restaurateurs, understanding their unique needs, and developing customized solutions to help their businesses thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the territory, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales promises.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities and track progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to effectively position Toast in the market.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and negotiate at all levels.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible, with a strong work ethic.
  • General technical proficiency with software applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

What We Offer

We're committed to providing a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our values of innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Our total rewards package includes a base salary, commission, and eligibility for equity and other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions, and the starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.

Total Targeted Cash: $129,000-$206,000 USD
