Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Rexa, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Manage sales activities for the region, supporting the Channel Partner Network, and selling in direct accounts to ensure revenues meet corporate goals.
  • Channel Partner Management: Drive performance of Channel Partners Sales Force by facilitating product training, assisting with sales calls, and focusing representatives on target applications.
  • Inside Sales Support: Work with the inside sales team on quotation and project pursuit.
  • Service and Marketing: Coordinate service-related activities, support marketing initiatives, and participate in trade shows.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years outside sales experience selling engineered process controls equipment.
  • Skills: Above-average organizational and communication skills, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and competence with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.
Working Conditions
  • Travel: 50% travel required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods, lift a 50 lb. demo case, and fly on airplanes.
