Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Account Executive to join our Solutions Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a defined territory, developing and maintaining relationships with large shipping clients, and partnering with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer base and revenue growth within assigned territory
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with large shipping clients
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to develop complex solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain and grow external relationships with personnel from the United States Postal Service and other channel partners
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver customer success and drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Proficient in English and Spanish)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years field sales experience required
  • Minimum of two (2) years relationship management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
