Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Account Executive to join our Solutions Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a defined territory, developing and maintaining relationships with large shipping clients, and partnering with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer base and revenue growth within assigned territory
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with large shipping clients
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to develop complex solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain and grow external relationships with personnel from the United States Postal Service and other channel partners
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver customer success and drive revenue growth
- Bilingual (Proficient in English and Spanish)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years field sales experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years relationship management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
