Senior Account Executive

This is a hybrid model position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Ceto.
Job Summary:The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation and relationship building activities in assigned accounts within a designated geographical region. This position will support the company's business plan and revenue goals, with a primary focus on generating Discovery calls with banking prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop leads and cultivate relationships via phone and email in assigned accounts, and schedule Discovery calls with banking prospects to include the SVP / Business Development.
- Communication: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with clients and prospects, exercising independent judgment in daily prospecting activities and contributing to 25% - 50% of the total verbal communication on Discovery conference calls and/or Sales Presentations.
- Administration: Create ROI / Benefit analyses, MS PowerPoint sales decks, MS Outlook calendar invites, proposals, FedEx packages, email templates, and other content, as necessary, to assist the SVP / Business Development during the sales process.
- Training and Development: Participate in all required meetings, courses, training, and coaching sessions to strengthen industry and product knowledge, and to enhance communication skills and sales abilities.
- 4-7 years of successful inside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model environment
