Job Title: Field Service Specialist with German Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist with expertise in German language to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services WibitCS. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate sites with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Plan and coordinate site visits with landlords and municipalities to optimize service efficiency
  • Train new hires on Field Services procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Plan and coordinate site inspections with landlords, municipalities, and partner construction companies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Execute site visits, including documentation and photo evidence, to ensure accurate reporting
  • Meet with landlords and municipalities to address site acquisition process-related questions and concerns
Requirements:
  • Native-level German language proficiency, both written and spoken, with fluency in English
  • Previous B2B sales experience is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
