Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategy Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging media for social impact, possess a strong grasp of brand narratives, and excel in audience engagement through innovative content. This position will uniquely collaborate with both our client partnerships and editorial teams, ensuring that our branded content resonates with our audience while aligning with our partners' goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branded content strategies across diverse digital platforms, ensuring each piece is engaging and aligns with client objectives.
  • Guide and mentor a team of writers and creatives, maintaining high standards of content quality and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute content campaigns that enhance revenue and audience engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

Additional Duties Include

  • Conceptualizing and executing innovative content campaigns in partnership with brands and non-profits.
  • Leading the development of editorial products that drive revenue, as directed by department leadership.
  • Keeping abreast of values-driven marketing trends.
  • Creating a cohesive organic content strategy that supports branded initiatives and aligns with CSR and ESG objectives.
  • Reviewing and editing content submissions to ensure they meet our standards and fulfill client objectives.
  • Managing multiple content projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Working closely with editorial teams to develop proactive content that prepares audiences for future branded initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the Content Team to create innovative video campaigns that align with strategic brand goals.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or related fields, particularly in branded content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a strong storytelling ability.
  • Experience in managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of how branded content can create both business and social value.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
