Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Weber Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets across a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding existing label and equipment accounts.
  • Deliver formal sales presentations to both new and existing customers as needed.
  • Generate and qualify leads to drive future sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in selling customized labels and label systems (equipment sales).
  • Experience in the print or packaging industry a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience selling in a multi-state sales role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
