Job Title: Territory Manager

Coloplast is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives in your assigned territory through effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize territory and company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on Coloplast's Continence Care products
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and leverage synergies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical field
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
