Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct research and gather information to support legal cases
  • Draft and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective processes for document management and review
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case management

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
