We are seeking a talented Revenue Cycle Operations Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with facilities to ensure they achieve their Revenue Cycle key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle operations, specifically focusing on reimbursement for Inpatient and Outpatient Managed Care and Commercial payors, Medicare, and state/regional Medicaid programs. Alternatively, you may have 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle operations with a strong financial background or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving issues related to Revenue Cycle processes, supervising and training department staff, managing Practice Specialist Functions, and assisting with the attainment of Revenue Cycle goals and Key Indicators.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
