Clinical Revenue Operations Strategist

At Ochsner Health, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires collaboration with facilities to achieve revenue cycle key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, specifically in reimbursement for Inpatient and Outpatient Managed Care and Commercial payors, Medicare, and state/regional Medicaid programs.
Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Identify and resolve issues related to revenue cycle processes to optimize clinical revenue.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and develop department staff to ensure efficient operation.
- Practice Specialist Management: Manage Practice Specialists' functions to maximize clinical revenue.
- Goal Attainment: Assist in attaining revenue cycle goals and key indicators.
- Meetings and Analysis: Attend operations/revenue cycle meetings to assist with root cause analysis and mitigation strategies for issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong financial background or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience in a multi-facility health system.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
