Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager in New Orleans, you will be responsible for executing and refining our sales playbook from lead generation to closing deals. Your primary objective will be to own your pipeline and outcomes, ensuring consistent growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting
  • Conducting daily cold calls with the goal of generating three self-sourced meetings per week
  • Spending one to three days per week meeting prospects in person, building relationships, and demonstrating the value of our product
  • Traveling to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals
  • Maintaining open communication channels with cross-functional team members

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
