About the Role

As a Program Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing customer solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Identify and develop customer solutions that meet their needs and drive business growth.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and supply chain management principles.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
