Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to find new target clients and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a driven outside sales expert with prospecting, presenting, and closing skills.

About Our Services

Vert Environmental provides services for hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead, mold, and bacteria, throughout Southern California. Our team of experts is trained, state-certified, and examined to adhere to all local city, county, district, state, and federal regulations.

What We Offer

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$130,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. In addition, you will have the opportunity to attend expos and events, participate in company sales meetings, and grow and maintain customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling our services to potential clients.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with market and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the environmental industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to hazardous materials.
