Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cash Handling Specialist to join our team at Confie. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough cash box reconciliations and audits to identify any discrepancies or errors.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our company's standards for productivity and efficiency.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
Multitask with ease, balancing multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
Work well in a fast-paced environment, minimizing interruptions and distractions to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and web-based point of sale programs.
Basic knowledge of printers, scanners, and telephone systems.

Preferred Skills:
40 WPM typing speed or higher.
Experience with web-based point of sale programs and QuickBooks.
