Job Description:

As the Treatment Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.

You will work closely with our dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, communicate with patients about their options, and facilitate a seamless experience from initial consultation to treatment completion.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with dentists to create individualized treatment plans for patients.

Educate patients about their treatment options and financial considerations.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely treatment.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans.

Follow up with patients to address any questions or concerns regarding their treatment.

Assist with insurance verification and claims submission.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting or related certification is a plus.

Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
