About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Mike Rezi Nissan Atlanta. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive timely and efficient service.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing additional assignments that leave a positive impression and exceed customer expectations.
  • Communication and Support: Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring customers are never mishandled or left without a solution.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers, maximizing revenue and efficiency.
  • Work Distribution: Efficiently distribute work between technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Technical Expertise: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, providing accurate and reliable information to customers.
  • Customer Success Index: Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Warranty Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims, as well as the training and supervision of the service department.
  • Company Policies and Compliance: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
