Job Overview

Position Summary:

Centro, Inc. is seeking a skilled ERP Systems Administrator to oversee the configuration, development, enhancements, and ongoing implementation of our on-premises ERP system, Infor Distribution SXe, as we prepare for our upcoming migration to Infor CSD. This role will report directly to the COO and will be responsible for maintaining Infor Distribution SXe (ERP), Tour de Force (CRM), and other associated third-party business applications for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the operational efficiency of Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force, verifying that applications and functionalities are performing as intended daily.
  • Stay informed about the latest features, tools, and functionalities of Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force.
  • Lead the migration project from Infor SX.e on-premises to Infor CSD (cloud) scheduled for 2025.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party consultants to troubleshoot and resolve software, reporting, and user-related issues.
  • Coordinate routine system maintenance with IT, including server reboots and software updates.
  • Design, test, and implement both standard and custom reports for Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force, providing insights on sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and financial performance.
  • Maintain connections between third-party software and Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force, including eCommerce platforms, Avalara, CenPos, and Power BI.
  • Engage in discussions to define and improve processes related to pricing, purchasing, order entry, shipping & receiving, and accounting.
  • Ensure that the test environments for Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force are functional and populated with relevant data.
  • Set up new users and adjust security permissions for existing users.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for users of Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force, which may include occasional travel to remote branches.
  • Manage projects concerning system modifications and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on data cleanup and system setup related to acquisitions and new warehouses.
  • Participate in industry discussions and events to stay updated on the latest developments in Infor Distribution SX.e.
  • Maintain all forms and templates, ensuring they are up-to-date.
  • Implement necessary system changes and updates as required.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by the President and COO.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Experience in software or technology project management or as a team lead.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk or IT issue tracking systems.

Education & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Infor Distribution SX.e or Infor CSD as an administrator or consultant in a business context. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience with CRM systems as an administrator, integrator, developer, or consultant is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in an industrial distribution setting is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Infor Reporting (IR), Homepages, Mingle, and ION is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of database and web technologies such as SQL, Progress, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Administrator-level expertise in roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and database skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including v-lookup, pivot tables, index matching, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Preferred experience in project management, system implementation, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with eCommerce, sales, operations, accounting, and IT teams.

Working Conditions:

This position can be performed remotely or at one of Centro's facilities. Occasional travel and after-hours work may be necessary.
