Administrative Coordinator with Finance Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator with expertise in finance to join our team at Beacon Hill, a leading public health management consulting and research organization based in Boston, MA.

This is a full-time, onsite role with an hourly salary of $25/hour, offering attractive compensation for the required expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process finance documents and files in both English and Portuguese, maintaining accurate records and adhering to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations department to ensure seamless processing of expense reports and budget documents, leveraging technical knowledge.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, showcasing flexibility and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written), with exceptional communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with financial software, such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and results-oriented mindset.
