Job Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for managing the operations of the firm, overseeing finance, operations, and marketing functions. This role requires a strong leader with experience in finance, operations, and sales marketing.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with expertise in financial planning and analysis, operational management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis models to inform business decisions
  • Oversee operational management, including process improvement and risk management initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration
  • Provide strategic guidance on sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional services experience in finance and operations
  • Leadership experience in finance and operations, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000-$190,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities based on individual and firm performance. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and flexible vacation policy.
