Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance services for our customers
- Assess customer needs and determine the most appropriate technical solution
- Support the development and implementation of technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 6 or more years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications, and personal computers
- Communication and customer interface skills
- Thorough understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
- Comprehensive expert level understanding and experience of EO/IR VORTEXi(X), ORION-E, wideband KA SATCOM, radar, COMINT, and BLOS systems
- Current/active SECRET Clearance
- Ability to reside outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time
- Ability to deploy for a minimum of 60 days and willing to deploy on a 60/30 rotation schedule
- Current/valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel to Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
- Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization
- Prior experience in a Lead role; the ability to mentor, train, guide and inspect the work of subordinates
