Job SummaryThe Product Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Product team in executing the department strategy for a specific product line. This role will focus on building strong relationships with counterparts, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive progress and growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Quantify market potential of model refreshes by understanding end-user and channel partner needs, which inform sustainably differentiated value opportunities.
- Create engineering change work orders based on unique customer requirements.
- Review and communicate option conflicts to design personnel and support in resolving bill of material change projects.
- Identify opportunities for rule configuration applications.
- Identify consistent bill of material errors and implement changes to correct them.
- Translate sales orders into engineering bill of material.
- Support internal Sales with product information.
- Support various product training programs where needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
Three (3) or more years of experience.
Preferred QualificationsAbility to travel up to 20% of the time.
Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation competencies.
Pay Range$63,000 - $101,700.00
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
