About the Position

This is a part-time, adjunct faculty position teaching Business Technologies and Administrative Careers classes at our Auburn and Kent campuses. The successful candidate will have a commitment to teaching and the ability to utilize a variety of methods and modes of instruction to ensure student success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct classroom instruction
  • Research texts, equipment, and supplies for assigned courses
  • Develop and update curriculum, including e-Learning courses, as guided by Advisory Committee recommendations
  • Maintain academic and professional competency
  • Cooperate with faculty in meeting goals and objectives for the department
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a business, education, or technology-related field. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a business, education, or technology-related field, secondary education or community college teaching experience, and demonstrated experience working with people of diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds as well as those with disabilities.
