Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at the Wingra Clinic. As an integral part of our inpatient and ambulatory care teams, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective care to our family medicine population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our patients.
  • Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
  • Perform telemedicine visits and routine clinical procedures independently.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program (for Nurse Practitioners) or Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program (for Physician Assistants).
  • State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure, including prescriptive authority.
  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (for Nurse Practitioners).
  • Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (for Physician Assistants).
