About the Role

The University of North Carolina System is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Research Triangle Park, NC. As a key member of our Education & Innovation Division, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing educational content initiatives that align with our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage educational content projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, designers, and developers, to create engaging and effective educational content.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in educational content development, and apply this knowledge to inform our content strategy.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, researchers, and industry partners, to stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities in educational content development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, communications, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in educational content development, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
