Job Summary:

As a Child Welfare Training Specialist at Raag Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Child Welfare training modules. This position requires a trainer/content developer who can analyze the CWIS functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze CWIS functionality to design and develop training materials, including classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses.
  • Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, as well as the Development Team and other subject matter experts to understand requirements and design training.
  • Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts, and maintain/revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners.
  • Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer Child Welfare programs in the CWIS.
  • Support statewide travel up to 30% of the time, which may include some evenings and weekend days.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze CWIS functionality and design effective training solutions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to deliver training to adult learners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design training.
  • Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker and experience with eLearning course development.
