Position Overview:

As an Education Coordinator within Learning Services (NLS), you will deliver comprehensive logistical, operational, and project management support for training initiatives aimed at employees and partners. This role is primarily focused on supporting Early Career, Employee, Sales, and Technical Program Managers, as well as Education Consultants, with limited responsibilities for education program ownership and direct stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement integrated logistical and operational functions for training programs targeting employees and partners.
· Provide coordination and leadership for daily program activities, ensuring project creation and follow-through.
· Oversee the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; manage program-related data in spreadsheets or tracking platforms for dashboard and reporting purposes.
· Assist in the establishment of short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operational procedures.
· Collaborate with various remote and on-site contacts to fulfill work responsibilities.
· Support training events, including key initiatives and other significant NLS events.
· Document and facilitate learner support for platform or content-related issues.
· Update project management records in Workfront in collaboration with NLS project leads.
· Manage special projects as assigned.
· Administer education platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, SABA, NovoEd, SharePoint, Mindtickle, and Field Portal.
· Maintain communication with Education Consultants and ensure regular updates.
· Handle vendor management tasks, including license management, invoice tracking, and shipment oversight.
· Generate and maintain enrollment lists, track student participation and completions, and manage instructor-led class delivery requests.

Required Skills:

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
· Strong project management and decision-making skills (certification not mandatory).
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple audiences.
· Independent and execution-focused mindset.
· Solid critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
· Commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent follow-through.
· Proficiency in data analytics tools (PowerBI, Excel).
· Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

· The tasks assigned will include a mix of structured and unstructured responsibilities, requiring the application of knowledge and experience to solve routine to moderately complex challenges.

Interaction:

· This role involves interaction primarily with staff at various levels within the function, as well as the technical team on assigned projects.
· General direction will be provided for routine tasks, while detailed guidance will be available for new projects and ongoing activities.

Experience:

· A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required; 3 to 5 years is preferred.
· Proven ability to complete multiple moderately complex technical tasks.

Skills:

· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), project management, education, and e-learning.

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
