Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Los Alamos National Laboratory. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and infrastructure for our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electrical systems and infrastructure for our facilities
- Conduct periodic inspections and evaluations of electrical systems
- Develop and implement plans for electrical system upgrades and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet safety and regulatory standards
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with electrical design software and tools
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
