Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager Consultant to lead our team of sales professionals. As a Sales Manager Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and achieve company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, focusing on skills enhancement and performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a passion for developing others.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
