Vaco is seeking a skilled Human Resources Data Specialist to join our team. As an HR Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and update employee data into the HRIS system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain a filing system for active and terminated employees, ensuring all required documentation is accounted for.
- Problem Resolution: Provide assistance and problem resolution via phone and email to help resolve data issues, payroll assistance, and systems access.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist with running and distributing department reports, and provide HR data analysis to support business decisions.
- Experience: 2 years of data and records management experience processing employee data.
- Education: Associates degree.
- Skills: UKG experience and strong analytical skills.
