Job Title: Pacific Northwest Regional Sales Manager

Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in the Pacific Northwest United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in industrial sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in field sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $130,000, plus comprehensive bonus.
