Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Engineer to join our team at Idahoan Foods. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our manufacturing environment and implementing appropriate security policies, practices, and tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement security systems and policies to protect digital assets throughout our manufacturing plants.
  • Develop and maintain best practices and security standards for our manufacturing plants.
  • Partner with the engineering department to create and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
  • Identify and respond to security threats throughout the OT environment.
  • Configure and implement IDS and firewalls, manage vulnerability scanners, and track accepted risks.
  • Test the security level of our systems using industry-standard analysis criteria.
  • Implement regulatory systems in accordance with IT security and modify technical, legal, and regulatory aspects of system security.
  • Define and maintain security policies and assist fellow employees with cybersecurity, software, hardware, or other IT needs.
  • Provide end-user security training and awareness and participate in the IT on-call rotation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a security engineer role in OT/ICS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CEH, or CISM are desired.
  • Hands-on experience with OT/ICS security solutions such as Claroty, Defender for IoT, and Dragos.
  • Experience in auditing environments and bringing them up to security standards such as NIST 800-82r3.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, access control lists, firewalls, VPN, NAT, and network traffic analysis.
  • Ability to communicate and report network security incidents and issues to upper management.
