About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Idahoan Foods. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security System Design and Implementation: Plan, engineer, and monitor security systems and policies to protect digital assets throughout our manufacturing plants.
  • Security Policy Development: Develop best practices and security standards for our manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with the engineering department to prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols, and communicate security incidents and issues to upper management.
  • Threat Detection and Response: Identify and respond to threats throughout the OT environment, and track OT/ICS vulnerabilities, reporting on possible threats and creating a roadmap to resolution.
  • Security Configuration and Implementation: Work with the infrastructure team to configure and implement IDS and firewalls, and manage vulnerability scanners, including remediation plans and tracking accepted risks.
  • Security Testing and Analysis: Use industry-standard analysis criteria to test the security level of our firm, and implement regulatory systems in accordance with IT security.
  • Security Policy Maintenance: Define and maintain security policies, and assist fellow employees with cybersecurity, software, hardware, or other IT needs.
  • End User Security Training: Provide end-user security training and awareness, and participate in the IT on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum 3 years in a security engineer role in OT/ICS environments, Bachelor's in computer science, cybersecurity, or related technology fields, and certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CEH, or CISM.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with OT/ICS security solutions, auditing environments, and bringing them up to security standards such as NIST 800-82r3, and knowledge of computer forensic tools, data loss prevention methods, and disaster recovery methods.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work as a team player, flexible, and accepting changing assignments and accountabilities.
