Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Sales at our Peterborough, NH facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales, including writing and editing communications, shipping literature, and maintaining sales support material inventory.
  • Coordinate the signing and organization of Warranty documents.
  • Provide phone support and direct customers to appropriate distributor and regional manager.
  • Order office supplies and request purchase orders for other Peterborough-related items.
  • Issue training certificates for attendees of training classes.
  • File CIM shipping papers.
  • Collect and distribute mail to appropriate Chase departments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Secretarial school or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
