Position Summary

Full-Time Security Officer Positions Available

Compensation: $25.00 per hour, paid weekly

Weekend availability is required

As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator, you will play a vital role in safeguarding clients across various sectors such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. Under the supervision of the GSOC Supervisor, you will assist in addressing safety and security concerns for corporate locations worldwide. This role involves monitoring multiple screens in a GSOC environment and utilizing a range of tools, including access control systems, alarm monitoring, and various intelligence sources. Your responsibilities will include detecting, analyzing, and alerting relevant parties about incidents that could affect the safety of clients' personnel, assets, or reputation, including severe weather, political unrest, criminal activity, and technical failures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Investigate alarms and coordinate responses by dispatching security personnel or notifying emergency services as required.
  • Support company employees with all safety and security-related inquiries.
  • Monitor the safety and security of employees during travel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
  • At least two years of experience in military, law enforcement, government, or security roles.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with all applicable laws. Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may be necessary prior to employment. A valid driver's license is required for driving roles.
