As a Security Operations Specialist at Tiffany & Co., your responsibilities will include:
Security Management and Operations:
Deliver outstanding security and operational support to enhance sales and customer service.
Collaborate with the Senior Security Officer and Management to prevent theft, report lost assets, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management Program protocols.
Ensure compliance with security systems and procedures through regular inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
Execute operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facility repairs while communicating effectively with the store team.
Oversee both security and back-of-house operations to maintain a secure environment.
Provide a memorable Tiffany experience for every client, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to consistently meet sales objectives.
Customer Service Excellence:
Enhance the in-store experience by consistently creating memorable moments for clients.
Exhibit enthusiasm as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction, embodying the Client Experience Behaviors outlined in our NPS program.
Implement standardized processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities, creating unique experiences while responding to NPS scores and client feedback.
Perform operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facility repairs while connecting with the store team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
- Experience in a retail or security environment.
- Minimum of one year in a security-related role.
