Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the retail marketplace by onboarding new brands and products.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Set and track performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key retail partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 7-10 years of consumer product goods (CPG) experience in ecommerce and/or marketplaces.
- Ecommerce experience in one or more of the following product categories: Pain relief, OTC, Health/Beauty, Home Health Care, Fitness, Personal.
- Demonstrates a hunter mentality with a strong drive to pursue and close new sales opportunities.
- Self-starter with proven track record in driving results.
- Ability to concisely summarize large amounts of data to drive decision-making process.
- Competitive base salary range of $140,000 - $180,000.
