Culinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a Culinary Care Specialist to join our team at Watertown Harmony Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to patients, residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Operate various kitchen equipment, such as mixers, slicers, and ovens.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills when interacting with internal customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
- Basic math skills to measure ingredients and portions.
- Minimum of six months of applicable experience in a culinary setting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $23.50 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
