**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Watertown Harmony Hill. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to patients, residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure food quality standards are met in terms of appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation.
  • Perform washing and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary cooking environment.
  • Maintain labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless food preparation and service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of applicable experience in food preparation and cooking.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
  • Basic math skills required.

Benefits:
