Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $93,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits and rewards. Our total rewards package includes comprehensive benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities as a Nurse in Kidney Care Specialist will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure personalized care and support.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N).
  • Experience in dialysis care or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
