As a Branch Operations Leader at Truist Financial Corporation, you will take charge of a team dedicated to fostering business growth, enhancing the organization’s public presence, and ensuring the financial prosperity of clients. Below is an overview of the key responsibilities and duties:

  • Enhance the branch's reputation within the community while embedding the Purpose, Mission, and Values into the team culture.
  • Boost branch profitability through strategic Small Business initiatives and innovative client acquisition methods.
  • Engage in community activities to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Guide, develop, and inspire team members to embody the Purpose, Mission, and Values.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Relationship Management and Operations teams.
  • Make strategic personnel decisions for the branch team.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
2. Two years of experience in financial services with a focus on consumer and small business sectors
3. At least one year of prior experience in branch leadership or management
4. Exceptional interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization abilities
5. Compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act
6. Capacity to motivate, lead, and mentor others

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking
2. Completion of Internal Leadership Development Programs
